The team in the office co-ordinate the calls we receive from tenants and landlords, prioritising the work and also liasing with external contractors for more specialised jobs, such as heating or gas work. The team on the road then respond to calls, undertaking such jobs as gardening, painting and decorating, moving furniture, minor repairs, cleaning and organising rubbish collections, to name a few.
