Meet the Chandler’s Ford Team

Louise Combes, Property Manager
Louise is responsible for the letting of properties, from meeting with Landlords, arranging and accompanying viewings to negotiating the terms of the tenancy. She also conducts inspections and check ins and is the link between the team in the office and the specific property. Louise's main responsibility is to be the main communication point for the Landlords and answering their specific queries.

TBA - Property Administrator
This role provides administrative support to the Property Manager following check out visits. The Property Administrator communicates with tenants about their specific problems then actions any work needed, including all maintenance jobs for external contractors. The role also manages the Maintenance Technician's time and workload, and informs utility companies when a tenancy ends.

Vicki Piller, Lettings Administrator
Vicki's role is to manage the administrative processes for the office and properties, from new tenancies through to renewals or end of tenancies.

Geraldine Knox, Lettings Administrator
Geraldine provides administrative support on Saturdays.

Gary Knight, Maintenance Technician
Gary’s responsibilities are to undertake all minor maintenance repairs on fully managed properties and also to provide quotes for larger projects and undertake them if competitive.

Hilary Cole, Finance Director and Office Manager
Hilary is responsible for the overall management of the company’s finances and tax affairs, including collecting rent, paying the landlords and sending financial statements. Hilary also oversees the day to day running of the Branch.

Veronica Biddlecombe, Finance Administrator
The main responsibility of Veronica's role is to manage the financial process for the office and properties, from ensuring rents are received and processed, updating records to sending statements to landlords and also managing all invoices both issued and received, as well as the day to day office banking. Finance has been centralised in Chandlers Ford and this role will also deal with the day to day payments of all supplier invoices.
